Registration and Payment Policy
- A registration is a commitment to attend and pay so please send a replacement in your absence.
- A 48 hour cancellation policy applies.
- Payment by Post Office Mail: Write check to : "Virginia Asian Chamber of Commerce".
- This is a best method to reserve your seat(s) and obtain your private (12) match making appointments.
- "No shows" will receive an invoice.
- Walk-ins are welcome but we suggest that you pre-register in order to take full advantage of our Match making program.
