One Pre-paid and/or Pre-Registered individual ticket includes:

  1. Trade conference programs
  2. Visit the exhibits at the Expo
  3. One formal sit down lunch box
  4. Optional match making appointments with buyers of your choice
  5. All day FREE PARKING - 600 parking spaces

 

Registration and Payment Policy

 
  • A registration is a commitment to attend and pay so please send a replacement in your absence. 
  • A 48 hour cancellation policy applies.
  • Payment by Post Office Mail: Write check to : "Virginia Asian Chamber of Commerce".
  • This is a best method to reserve your seat(s) and obtain your private (12) match making appointments.
  • "No shows" will receive an invoice.
  • Walk-ins are welcome but we suggest that you pre-register in order to take full advantage of our Match making program.
