This year’s theme is “Staying Strong in Challenging Times” and some of our procurement workshops will include how to be a Tier 2 subcontractor, negotiating skills to win contracts, supplier risk management, and expanding into the international market. The Conference will be launched with a Welcome Reception featuring remarks from Secretary of Commerce and Trade the Honorable Jimmy Cheng, Deputy Secretary of Commerce and Trade Peter Su, and other top business leaders. The program will continue with an expansive Buyer Expo program, Procurement Workshops, and an intensive Procurement Matchmaking program. The event will finish with a powerful Procurement Town Hall and Business Networking Session allowing suppliers and corporate and government buyers to seek candid answers to procurement related issues, identify appropriate partners for collaborative ventures, acquiring new suppliers, generating new business leads, and/or gain international business market knowledge.
