To best accommodate the growing attendance at our conference and provide pertinent information regarding procurement opportunities, please note that:

 

This year’s opening remarks will be delivered by Peter Su, Deputy Secretary of Trade and Commerce /Director of the Department of Business Assistance.

 

Our popular procurement workshop program will be held throughout the day.

 

Our annual luncheon speaker program with Secretary of Trade and Commerce Jimmy Cheng, our afternoon speed networking, and our Procurement Town Hall will be held from Noon to 2 pm.

Procurement Matchmaking

 

  1. We will arrange one-on-one meetings between buyers at major corporations and governments agencies and representatives of Asian, minority-owned business, and between larger companies (Tier 1 Suppliers) and smaller vendors.  These meetings will be available by advance reservation only.

    Please complete the on-line registration by Friday, September 3rd, 2010. We will then contact you with further information.  
  3. You will be notified on the appointments scheduled for your business prior to the convention. 
  4. Availability of appointments depends on several factors, including needs of buyers, number of appointment requests, and compatibility of your company with the expressed needs of the buyers.

This conference will provide networking and educational opportunities for small businesses. Federal and state government agencies and prime contractors will be available to offer one-on-one counseling forum to provide information on business opportunities for small, small disadvantaged, women-owned, veteran-owned, service-disabled veteran-owned, and HUBZone small businesses.

Come to ProcureCon Asia 2010 to connect and network with corporate and other large size company buyers, federal agencies, state and local procurement officers; primes and government contractors at workshop sessions and in the Expo Hall. ProcureCon Asia 2010 workshops, led by top buyers and leaders in supply chain management field will broaden your perspective in terms of improving negotiation leverage and understanding the complexities of prospecting. Our intense workshop program will focus on two bottom line topics of interest: Finding and closing deals.
