Conference Mission
Since 2004, Virginia Asian Chamber of Commerce - VACC - champions Asian American Pacific and other small business interests in the private and government sector's acquisition process and provide to our members education, training, and counseling about doing business with government and large and medium size buyers in order to expand the base of our members and Virginia's Asian business community selling to these entities, thus helping to create jobs for Virginia and enhance Virginia 's economy.
We accomplish the above mission through outreach, communication with our customers/buyer and supplier network, and teamwork with members of our extensive Virginia Supplier Diversity Network.

Our Signature One-on-One Matchmaking
VACC will arrange one-on-one meetings between buyers at major corporations and governments agencies and representatives of Asian, minority-owned business, and between larger companies (Tier 1 Suppliers) and smaller vendors. These meetings will be available by advance reservation only.
You will be notified on the appointments scheduled for your business prior to the conference.
Availability of appointments depends on several factors, including needs of buyers, number of appointment requests, and compatibility of your company with the expressed needs of the buyers.

FOR CONFERENCE ATTENDEES/SUPPLIERS
- Target, research, and study about the companies before visiting with them at the EXPO - You will be provided a List of Exhibitors at the Exhibit Hall to preview who needs what you offer.
- Prepare a one-page flyer indicating who your customers are and what you do for them.
- Bring extra business cards and hand them out liberally to everyone.
- Leave each buyer with full contact's name information and any pertinent notes to follow up.
- Attend all seminars.
- Participate in our intensive Matchmaking session to meet with your selected local, state, federal government procurement officers, corporate buyers, and large business prime contractors.
