1. Matchmaking
Every year, the Procurecon Asia Conference Planning Team matches private and public sectors buyers with suitable small business profiles for four-hour prearranged meetings for real-time procurement opportunities to take place in a dedicated room during the conference.
All registrants are entitled to schedule 2 matchmaking sessions on the day of the event. Any one who have registered and paid early - on or before October 15th will receive an email with a web address and password.
Suppliers will go into the web address with your password and schedule 3 matchmaking sessions for your company. On October 30th all unpaid registrants will receive their email with a web address and password and will be allowed to register at that time.
2. Power Networking
Due to the development of a burgeoning high-tech community which is supported by cutting-edge R&D activity, both at the universities and federal labs levels in Richmond, nearby Charlottesville, and the Hampton Roads, and within easy driving distance, Blacksburg, as well as to some degree some of the Northern Virginia localities,
It is expected that this year event will attract double the amount and quality of attendees from similar geographical areas at Procurecon Asia 2009.
300 expected attendants of ProcureCon Asia 2009 include all small, emerging, Asian, other minority, and women-owned suppliers.
